NON-PRESENTED PARTICIPATION
Placement of information in the official catalogue of the exhibition. The following forms of presenting the material are possible (can be separately and combined):
- placement of textual information about the company’s core activity up to 10 printed lines;
- placement of 1 page of information in black-and-white in the catalogue (A4 or A5 format depending on the format of the catalogue). It is possible to place an advertising module and textual information;
- placement of 1 full-color page of information in the catalogue (A4 or A5 format depending on the format of the catalogue). Placement of such type of advertisement is possible both on the pages of catalogue covers and on special full-color loose leaves inside the catalogue.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE INFORMATION MODULES
1-page sized models both black-and-white and in color should be presented in the following formats:
*.cdr (versions 7.0-11.0) – all scripts are to be curved ones. Prohibition of transparency, lenses or shadows and textured pouring CorelDraw. Applied bitmapped graphics – 300 dpi.
*.eps - all scripts are to be curved ones. Imported objects are to be inside and not uplinked. Applied bitmapped graphics – 300 dpi.
*.tif – with resolution not less than 300 dpi. No compression. No alpha layers.
*.jpg – with resolution not less than 300 dpi. No compression.
Color models for all models – CMYK. Catalogue format А4 – 285х210 mm, А5 – 142.5х210 mm. Model scale 1:1. Models are received on CD-R, CD-RW, ZIP and via email (in RAR, ZIP format).
Please do not send files with EXE resolution. Other conditions of presenting the materials should be agreed additionally.
Logos for placing in the catalogue and on a fascia panel are received in vector scripts only, scripts should be transferred into curved once. In case of non-observance of the requirements Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC does not guarantee high-quality reproduction of a model at printing.
Placement of advertising materials of a firm on the informational stand of an exhibition. In this case, distribution of advertising materials of an Exhibitor is made by efforts of the Organizer by means of a special informational stand at entrance into the exhibition pavilion. Delivery of advertising materials to the informational stand is made at the expense of an Exhibitor by means of transport or courier companies. On completing of an exhibition the Organizer is not obliged to render the report about visitors, interested in his information. |
