Due to the taken responsibility and obligatory on organization and carrying out of an exhibition only the Organizer can set and interpret rules of behavior at an exhibition and solve conflicts arising between Exhibitors. 

In the open hours of an exhibition Exhibitors are obliged to be at a stand permanently.

Sale of exhibits, as well as issuing trade deals and contracts at exhibitions is executed by an Exhibitor in accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

Trade on the territory of the exhibition center at accounts with population, in the part of application of cash register machine, is made on the ground of the Federal Law from May 22, 2003 № 54-FZ “About application of cash register technics in cash payment and (or) payment with the use of payment card”.

All typed of lotteries, drawings or prize competitions are carried only in accordance with legislation and with the approval of the Organizer.

At reproduction of video and audio materials an Exhibitor bears responsibility for observance of proprietary rights of reproduced materials by himself. 

Demonstration of exhibits and any activity of an Exhibitor, leading to blocking of passages or preventing other exhibitors from work, are not admitted and are stopped by the Organizer at any moment at his discretion.

At presentations, promo-actions noise level must not exceed 75 dB. If other Exhibitors complain of too high noise level, the Organizer has the right to switch off the source of the noise. 

At demonstration of functional models of equipment an Exhibitor does not bear responsibility for observance of rules of safety technics.

Exhibitors can carry out advertising activity only within their stands. Any advertising activity of Exhibitors, third persons by contract, companies or persons beyond a stand of an Exhibitor in passages of the exhibition pavilion, near entrance/exit or directly on the way to the exhibition pavilion is forbidden. Distribution of leaflets and booklets, installation of screens, posting of posters and other types of advertising activity are referred to it also.

Distribution of models, souvenirs, prospects and other advertising activity is permitted only on the territory of a stand.

All exhibitors must stay in place until the full completion of work of an exhibition. If through the fault of an Exhibitor entirety of an exposition had been disturbed during dismantling of exposition, thus damage to other exhibitors, as also to the Organizer and visitors of an exhibition had been caused, the Organizer reserves the right to surcharge penalty from an Exhibitor.
