Receiving of a stand is performed by responsible person of an Exhibitor in accordance with passport of exhibition place, in which the exhibition ground, additional equipment and service, reserved and paid by an Exhibitor are fixed. Passport of exhibition place is composed by the Organizer in two copies, one of which is given to an Exhibitor at the moment of registration at the exhibition.
Delivery of rented exhibition grounds and additional equipment by an Exhibitor is also realized on the ground of the passport of exhibition place. For delivery of a stand the passport of exhibition place must be signed by project manager, administrator of the pavilion and electrician. At the exit from the pavilion the passport of exhibition place is presented to representatives of security service of the Organizer.
Out of the passport of exhibition place import of load to the territory of the exhibition center is forbidden.
