REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPATION
An Exhibitor, having decided to take part in an exhibition, addresses a signed contract and enclosures to it in a set form to the Organizer (not later than 15 days before an exhibition). Applications, which had been received after the deadline, are reviewed only if there is free exhibition space.
Selection of challengers and refusal to participate are realized only by the Organizer.
Since the day of issuing a contract relationships between parts are considered to be in operation, an Exhibitor confirms all positions of Terms of participation.
The Organizer provides an Exhibitor with exhibition stands, on the assumption of possibilities of free grounds. Planning of an exhibition in whole, its changing or changing of separate details are the competence of the Organizer and cannot be avoided by an Exhibitor.
At issuance of participation an Exhibitor has the right to choose any stand between existing at the moment. The fact that a certain stand had been rented during one or more previous exhibitions does not give the right to give the stand once again.
Reservation of exhibition space by an Exhibitor is executed in condition of paying 30% of sum of a contract in 5 calendar days from the moment of filing of application. In case of absence of paying in stated period the Organizer considers exhibition space, reserved by an Exhibitor, as free. At that, an Exhibitor reserves the right on exhibition services on other grounds, offered by the Organizer.
In exceptional cases, after conforming, the Organizer reserves the right to change venue of rendered space to an Exhibitor for technical or organizational reasons, and informs an Exhibitor about it in advance.
An Exhibitor is ought to direct to the address of the Organizer the lists of exhibits together with an indication of country of origin in time. In case of need the Organizer reserves the right to call on an Exhibitor to provide him with certificate of origin of goods. In the case of demonstration exhibits, manufactured beyond the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, or participation of foreign countries, an Exhibitor pays the Organizer the cost of participation in the exhibition at the rates, set for foreign Exhibitors.
Exhibitors, who do not carry out their financial obligations to the Organizer, especially those, who have debts on participation in the previous exhibitions, may not be allowed to participation in the following exhibitions. |
