The Organizer can insure covered, storage and other areas from fire hazard in period of mounting, work and dismantling of an exhibition (fair) by an application and at the expense of an Exhibitor, as well as insure civil liability for hazard of health and property of visitors, caused by an Exhibitor. An Exhibitor can also perform other types of insurance. All types of insurance can be executed by an Exhibitor singly.

The Organizer does not bear any responsibility in the following cases:

- loss or damage of exhibits and other material values, belonged to an Exhibitor, to his depositaries or persons, invited by him during the work of an exhibition;

- in case of appearance of damages, caused by force majeure circumstances;

- in case of appearance of damage, caused to person of an Exhibitor, to his depositaries or persons, invited by him, independently on the way of damage;

- for safety of transport facilities and his components without execution of appropriate document, indicating of delivery of transport facility to the security.

Activity of an Exhibitor and his representatives must not contradict rules of social order.
