The Organizer allows premises for holding of an exhibition in proper condition, guarantees principal conditions of fire safety in accordance with construction norms and regulations.
An Exhibitor bears responsibility for fire safety and observance of fire preventive measures in period of mounting, work and dismantling of an exhibition.
Control of execution of Fire Safety Rules is made by technical service of the Organizer, as also by local and territorial bodies of Fire Safety Supervising Agency of Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
Demonstration of working models and installations, operating on volatile flammable liquids or combustible gases, is permitted outside the exhibition pavilion, an, in individual case (at additional agreement with the Organizer) – in the pavilion, on conditions that they are given through the pipeline from reservoir, standing inside the building, and exhaust gases are discharged outside (dry box).
Installation and demonstration of exhibitors and processes, connected with possibility of fire development (welding and soldering works, other kinds of works, connected with open flame, combustible solvents and etc.), are to be coordinated in writing with the Organizer and must be performed under strict observation of operating Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation.
On the territory of the exhibition it is forbidden to:
- block passages and exits with furniture;
- move beyond dimension of exhibition place;
- smoke in the pavilion and apply open flame;
- store and apply combustible gases and liquids, toxic agents and preparations;
- install tanks with combustible gases;
- store packing materials: shavings, papers.
It is allowed to present fire-hazardous exhibits only with permission of the Organizer and in presence of fire fighting appliance (fire extinguisher).
In case of revealing signs of burning - hold peace, inform worker of security service and take measures on liquidation of burning.
Breakers of fire safety measures bear responsibility in accordance with current legislation.
