The Organizer has the right of deferment, reduction, extension or full or partial cancellation of an exhibition in situations, which are out of control of the Organizer, which could not have been foreseen, and if they could have been foreseen, then they are insuperable, including unrestricted war, blockade, embargo, strikes, earthquake, flood, fire, and other natural disasters, epidemies, acts of governmental bodies and etc. (hereinafter referred to as force majeure circumstances). At that, an Exhibitor admits, that the Organizer had beard expenses, connected with fulfillment of obligations under a contract; accordingly, the Organizer reserves the right to retain about 25% of funds received from an Exhibitor.

A part, which had been exposed to an action of force majeure circumstances, must inform another part about appearing of such situation in two weeks after beginning of action of force majeure circumstances. This notification must explain connection between appeared force majeure circumstance and impossibility of fulfilling of obligations in time by this part. Data, mentioned in notification, must be confirmed by force majeure certificate, signed by officers of appropriate bodies.

Not notification and not confirmation by the mentioned method of force majeure circumstances deprives an appropriate part of the right to make reference to force majeure circumstances as to the ground for exemption from liability in accordance with issued contract.
