An Exhibitor makes a calculation under a contract by means of 100% advance payment on the account of the Organizer or in cash not later than 10 calendar days before an exhibition. The due day is the day of cash inflow into the account or pay office of the Organizer. Other forms of payment are accused with the Organizer additionally.

Provided that payment is made by third-party firm, an Exhibitor directs a notification about it in written form to the Organizer. Such a notification may be a mark about payment order “on account of mutual payment from (name of a firm, for which payment is made) under a contract from (date) №”.

Exhibition grounds, not reserved by an Exhibitor during two hours after opening of an exhibition, are regarded as free, and the Organizer has the right to manage it at its own convenience. In this case money is not paid back to an Exhibitor.

If an Exhibitor has not satisfied a 100% payment obligation, afforded by a contract of payment before assembly, the Organizer has the right to prevent an Exhibitor from participation in an exhibition.

Violation of terms of payment for participation in an exhibition by an Exhibitor, as also violation of Terms of participation gives the Organizer right to cancel an application for participation in an exhibition, and demand of full compensation for losses.

The Organizer reserves the right to reconsider financial terms of participation in an exhibition in case of change of price index and current rates, and informs an Exhibitor about it not later than 3 months before an exhibition.

If an Exhibitor does not accomplish any payment obligation the Organizer can leave goods, delivered by an Exhibitor to an exhibition, as a caution in accordance with article 359-360 of Civil Code of the Russian Federation. If financial disagreement is not solved during 7 bank days after appearance, the Organizer can realize left goods in any way for covering his own expenses.
