Price of exhibition space rent (equipped, unequipped, open) is defined at the rate of price of square meter rent and is applied to the whole duration of exhibition (independently of quantity of days of holding). Every incomplete square meter is formed as complete one. Square meter rent rates for exhibitions of the current year are confirmed by order of General Director of Association.

Equipped exhibition space includes:

- walling – white mat wall panels (h=2.5 m, b=1.0 m) along the perimeter of stand from three sides independently of square size;

- fascia board – white panel, height – 0,22 m, length – 2 m. Price of inscription is included into rent of equipped space. Making and placing of logotype of a company is paid separately;

- carpet (not at all exhibitions);

- assembly and dismantling.

Unequipped exhibition space – variant for firms, presenting large-size exhibits. In this case the Organizer is not obliged to separate this space from adjoining exhibition space with partition or another way.

Open exhibition space – grounds in front of the exhibition pavilions.

Organization expenses, general advertisement of exhibition in mass media, general power supply and heating, protection of the total territory of the exhibition center and pavilions, cleaning of passageways in the pavilions.

Keeping the rent exhibition space clean is ensured by an Exhibitor or by his order and at his expense.

In the case when an Exhibitor rents a stand of improved planning, mark-up on type of a stand is charged, which amounts to (in percents of base cost of space):

Type A: open on one side – 0%

Type B: corner, open on two sides – 10%

Type C: corner, open on three sides – 15%

Type D: standing separately, access from four sides – 20%

Stands of over 3,0 m high suppose extra charge on high of a stand – 5% for every 0,5 m of high overage.

Two-storied stand construction supposes extra charge at the rate of 25% of cost of space.
