SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Delivery of exhibition goods to the venue of an exhibition is carried out by an Exhibitor.

All exhibition goods must arrive at the exhibition to the date of mounting of exposition, set by a contract.

An Exhibitor (forwarding agent) sends his representative on a mission, before arriving of exhibition goods, for acceptance, guarantee of safety, and shipment of goods to the destination.

Accounts, connected with transportation, carrying out of loading and unloading works and handling of exhibition goods and tare are made by an Exhibitor.

The Organizer renders services on customs clearing of exhibition goods at his expense in two months before opening of an exhibition to the order of a foreign Exhibitor. In case of violation of stated date the Organizer does not guarantee timely performance of services.

The Organizer acts as consignee and payer of customs payments and fees, relating to exhibition goods of an Exhibitor.

Reimbursement of expenses on customs payments and fees is performed by a foreign Exhibitor to the Organizer in cash during the work of an exhibition, or by transfer not later than 10 days after closing of an exhibition if guarantee of payment from the part of an Exhibitor is afforded.

If delivery of exhibition goods is performed through a forwarding firm, assigned by a foreign Exhibitor, an Exhibitor is obliged to inform the Organizer about name and details of a firm in two months before opening of an exhibition. In this case the Organizer concludes a separate agreement with a forwarding firm, assigned by an Exhibitor. Accounts on customs clearing are made between the Organizer and a forwarding firm.
