REGISTRATION AT THE EXHIBITION
Registration of participants and solution of all current questions is realized by direction of an exhibition. Registration of participants begins the day before opening an exhibition.
An Exhibitor can mark business trip certificate, pay for additional equipment and services, get report documents in the direction of an exhibition.
At registration an Exhibitor should have:
- signed contract for participation in an exhibition in two copies,
- original or copy (authenticated by stamp) of assignment with mark of a bank about payment of participation cost,
- letter of attorney for the right of signing the necessary documents, connected with participation in an exhibition.
Access of Exhibitors into pavilions is allowed by means of badges or special entrance tickets.
Arrival of motor transport for import and export is realized free for charge by special cards. At once after unloading of exhibits a transport must be removed into the parking. Placement of motor transport on the parking is coordinated by a worker of security service of the Organizer in the guard post on the transport exit. It is forbidden to park motor transport on the territory of the Kazanskaya Yarmarka exhibition center without permission of the security service.
An Exhibitor can get all kinds of entrance tickets at the moment of registration at an exhibition, or at any other time in the direction of an exhibition.
From 8.00 till 18.00 free unguarded parking behind Pavilion №1 is provided for motor transport of an Exhibitor. Putting a motor transport on the round-the-clock guarded parking is made at extra cost.
