Mounting of exhibition stands, decoration and placement of exhibits begins at time of mounting works according to a contract and ends (including export of tare) not later than 1,5 hours before opening of an exhibition. Import of load ends in 2 hours before an exhibition.

Mounting and dismantling of exhibits must be executed only within the space, rented by an Exhibitor upon obligatory condition, that passages will be devoid of tare and building waste. None of constructions of a stand should go beyond the exhibition space, paid by an Exhibitor. Placement of inscriptions, logotypes of an Exhibitor on the outer side of stand panels are not permitted.

Additional advertising constructions (flags, banners and etc.) can not be placed on the floor, on constructions of the pavilion, on the walls and other parts of the pavilion without permission of the Organizer. Placement of suchlike advertising constructions is made at extra cost.  

At building of a stand by forces of an Exhibitor or outside organization construction of a stand and decoration must satisfy the demands of safety technics and fire safety. Rough design of stands (with an indication of necessary burdens, schemes of electric installations, plumbing connection, places of installation of telephones and etc.) must be accorded with the Organizer for no less than 15 calendar days before an exhibition.

Conditions and time of import of large-size exhibits, carrying out of self-maintained construction and assembly works are to be accorded with the organizer not later than 5 days before an exhibition.

Mounting and dismantling of exhibits of stands are executed in time, strictly set by a contract. Works in unsettled time are admitted only with permission of the organizer. Order on extension of works must be executed and paid in 24 hours before beginning of works.

In case when an Exhibitor or his depository has not finished assembly in time, set by a contract, the Organizer reserves the right to free the exhibition space from property of an Exhibitor. At that, export and storing of tare will be performed for account of an Exhibitor, the Organizer does not bear responsibility for damage, appeared in carrying. In this case the property must be returned into a stand only after official opening of an exhibition and end of review of exposition by special guests.

An Exhibitor can start dismantling of stands only after closing of an exhibition and must be finished, including export of exhibition load, lot later than term set by a contract. Packing and dispatch of exhibitors before closing of an exhibition are forbidden.

Wall elements and other additional elements and constructions, as well as additional equipment must be returned to the Organizer in undamaged form and cleaned out of remains of scotch tape and etc.

Attachment of the own equipment to constructions of a stand, hole making, attachment of advertising and other materials by pins, drawing pins are impossible.

Price of damaged elements of stand construction and additional equipment will be surcharged from an Exhibitor.
