The Organizer provides round-the-clock protection of public order at an exhibition. For guarantee of safety of exhibits in the period of mounting, dismantling and work of an exhibition the Organizer recommends permanent presence of representative of an Exhibitor at a stand.

After the end of working day the Organizer offers delivery of exhibits to the security by delivery-acceptance act. Protection is carried out by the security system of the organizer.

Delivery of exhibits to the security during days of work of an exhibition is carried out every day.

Property, delivered to the security, except for large size exhibits, must be packed and sealed. Sealing must be done qualitatively, providing with reliable control of opening of tare.

At delivery of property to the security an Act of acceptance of exhibits to the security is made (hereinafter referred to as “Act”), where the number of sealed packages (bags, boxes) or large size exhibits is pointed.

The Act is filled in two copies. One copy is left at the security service, another one – at an Exhibitor. During making of the Act a representative of an Exhibitor is obliged to show passport of exhibition place, and a representative of the security - service certificate.

Term of delivery of exhibits to the security – 15 minutes before closing of an exhibition. Protection of exhibits is carried out from the moment of signing of a contract till the moment of opening of the pavilion for participants of an exhibition. Exhibits and personal items, not included into the Act, are regarded as not delivered to the security and the Organizer does not bear responsibility for their safety.

Presence of representatives of an Exhibitor at stands after signing of the Act is not allowed. Access of representatives of an Exhibitor into the pavilion after sealing of it by responsible persons of the Organizer is forbidden.

Representative of an Exhibitor is obliged to arrive at the moment of opening of the pavilion, and have in his possession the Act for acceptance of exhibits.

The Organizer does not accept complains on shortage of property in case of:

- property has not been delivered to the security (the Act has not been made or has been made with breach of mentioned requirements);

- Act had been lost by an Exhibitor;

- an Exhibitor has not arrived at the moment of opening of the pavilion for acceptance of exhibits.
