All disputes, appearing between the Organizer and an Exhibitor, are regulated by means of negotiations with obligatory observation of procedure for extrajudicial settlement of claims in anticipation of an action in the court. If such regulations are impossible, disputes are referred to arbitrage for the location of a defendant.

Upon every other point, which is not provided for by the present Terms of participation, parts follow current legislation of the Russian Federation.
