In case when an Exhibitor informs the Organizer about change of square and/or stand configuration, demanding of general exposition, and also about order of additional equipment, for less than 15 calendar days before an exhibition (if the Organizer is able to make changes), price of additional service will increase in 15%.

In case when an Exhibitor declines services of the Organizer for less than 15 calendar days before an exhibition and presence of payment, the Organizer places data for publication, presented by an Exhibitor, in the official catalogue of an exhibition and send to an Exhibitor. In this case the spread between total cost of a contract and cost of manufacture and delivery of a catalogue is not paid back to an Exhibitor.

In case when an Exhibitor declines services of the Organizer for 15 calendar days before an exhibition after issuing of a contract and filing of an application in absence of payment, an Exhibitor is obliged to pay 50% of price of reserved space and additional services, for l3ess than 15 calendar days before an exhibition – 100% of price of reserved space and additional services. The deadline is not later than 3 days after opening of an exhibition.
