INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITY
In 2006 at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre appeared a new unit - External Affairs Department. It was formed by unification of out exhibitions and fairs department and research and information departments. Today 5 employees work here, all of them know English and realize cooperation of foreign delegations on the territory of the exhibition centre.
The other function of the department is organization of collective expositions of the enterprises of the Repubkic of Tatarstan abroad.
Cooperation with collective organisers and private companies is also within the competence of the External Affairs Department. The exhibition centre pays great attention to foreign exhibition centers, and at the same time attracts the producers.
Moreover, the department coordinates the customs clearance of cargoes of the exhibition centre and, if required, customs clearance of participants of exhibitions and fairs, as well as translation of mail and documentation of the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre.
Cooperation within the framework of the projects, connected with external markets, will create high level of the events, held by the exhibition centre. |
